How The Healthy Tiffin Works.
Indian Meal Prep Built
for Real Routines
Order once. Eat all week. No guessing, no cooking, no compromise. Here's exactly how we deliver high-protein Indian food to your door every week and how you make it part of your routine.
Indian Meal Prep in 4 Simple Steps
Forget spending 3 hours in the kitchen every Sunday meal prepping bland chicken and rice. Forget paying £12 for a takeaway that leaves you over your calories and under your protein target.
We’ve built a system that gives you the Indian food you actually want to eat Chicken Tikka, Kheema, Biryani, Palak Paneer all cooked fresh, delivered twice a week, and ready to heat in 2-3 minutes
Here's how it works from order to plate.
Step1: Choose your plan
Pick your goal. We'll build the meals around it.
Whether you're cutting fat, building muscle, or eating healthier, we've got a plan that fits.
Weight Loss: Controlled calories, high satiety. Most meals 365-650 calories with 21-59g protein.
Muscle Gain: Higher calories and protein. Large portions deliver 529-800 calories and 30-76g protein per meal.
Balanced Eating: Well-portioned Indian meals with whole foods and transparent macros.
Portion Sizes:
Regular: 365-650 calories per meal
Large: 150-200 calories higher, 10-23g more protein
Every meal includes 2 rotis or 150g rice. Add extra rotis or 200g rice for 50p each.
Minimum 7 meals per order.
We'll send a WhatsApp reminder every Friday. You've got until Sunday midnight to adjust your order.
Step2: We Cook Your Meals Fresh
Your order goes into production every Monday morning. No frozen stock. Everything prepped, weighed, and cooked fresh.
What goes in:
- Halal chicken from our certified local butcher in Slough
- Cooking olive oil (not seed oils)
- Low-fat Greek yogurt (never cream)
- Fresh paneer, eggs, and soy
- Whole spices dry-roasted fresh
- Our signature garam masala, made in-house
What doesn't:
- Ultra-processed ingredients
- Artificial preservatives
- Heavy cream or cheap oils
- Guesswork—everything is weighed
We cook your meals the same week you eat them. Chilled, not frozen. That's why they taste like fresh home-made food.
Step3: Delivered Fresh Twice A Week
Order by Sunday midnight.
Wednesday afternoon: First batch arrives (fresh for 3 days)
Sunday afternoon: Second batch arrives (fresh for 3 days)

You'll get a WhatsApp reminder every Friday for next week's order. No mystery. No surprises. Just your food, on time.

Meals Built for
Real Routines
Every meal comes with the full macro breakdown printed on the label. Here’s what we track:
Why? Because protein keeps you full, supports muscle recovery, and makes hitting your daily target actually achievable without eating 6 chicken breasts.
Most of our meat dishes: 38-50g protein per meal
Most of our veg dishes: 26-36g protein per meal
If you need more, add extra. If you're cutting carbs, request your meal without rice and we'll adjust.
Standard: 2 rotis or 150g rice included
Extra: 50p for additional rotis or 200g large rice portion
Fats are controlled but never eliminated, because flavour and satiety matter and don't forget healthy fats are actually good for you in moderation.
Most meals: 10-18g fat per portion
Nutritional Accuracy:
We weigh every ingredient and calculate macros for every meal. However, natural variation in whole foods means we operate within a standard margin of +/- 10-15%.
We’re not a supplement company producing lab-grade nutrition. We’re cooking real food with whole ingredients. The macros are as accurate as we can make them while still delivering meals that taste proper.
The Benefits Of High-Protein Indian Meal Prep
Enhanced Nutrient Intake
Spices aren't just flavour, they're functional.
Turmeric (anti-inflammatory), cumin (digestion), coriander (antioxidants), ginger and garlic (immune support). Every dish is loaded with whole spices used in Ayurvedic cooking for thousands of years, plus fresh vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains all delivering vitamins, minerals, fibre, and phytonutrients most meal prep companies skip.
Better Heart Health
Whole spices, olive oil, and lean protein support cardiovascular health.
We cook with olive oil, not cheap seed oils or trans fats. Controlled portions of healthy fats from yogurt and nuts. Diets rich in turmeric, garlic, and ginger combined with whole foods reduce inflammation and support heart health.
Healthier Gut
Fibre, fermented dairy, and whole foods = better digestion.
Our dishes include vegetables, lentils, and legumes (high fibre). We use low-fat Greek yogurt (probiotic) instead of cream. Spices like cumin, fennel, and ginger support digestive health. Less bloating. Better energy. No post-meal sluggishness.
Sustained Energy
Balanced macros = stable blood sugar = no crashes.
High-protein meals keep you fuller longer. Complex carbs from basmati rice and whole-grain rotis provide slow-release energy. Healthy fats support hormones and satiety. No 3pm food coma. Just steady energy all day.
Reduced Disease Risk
Whole foods. No UPFs. Anti-inflammatory spices.
The Western diet is loaded with ultra-processed foods, added sugars, and seed oils which are linked to inflammation, obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Traditional Indian cooking is the opposite. Made from scratch. No preservatives. No artificial flavours or colours. Just real food your body recognizes. Consistent healthy eating reduces chronic disease risk long-term.
